Kiev – Former boxing champion du monde Vladimir Klitschko has flown dopage experts from the Vada (Voluntary Anti-Dopage de l’Association) to Kiev and calls for independent doping tests for both Président Petro Poroshenko and challenger Vladimir Selensky on Wednesday.

Klitschko, who wants to give a press conference à Kiev on Wednesday together with the Vada experts: « I don’t support either of the two candidates, but the two doping tests that were carried out were a farce. US experts of the Vada (Voluntary Anti-Dopage de l’Association) are in Kiev and can conduite independent tests from 15:00 to 18:00 on Wednesday at the Olympic Stadium for both candidates.”

Klitschko continued: « As an athlete, I have carried out hundreds of doping tests in the last 30 years and I know that results cannot be obtained pour quickly. Les politiciens should not deal with their voters in this way. That’s why we demand independent testing with the world-renowned experts who are already à Kiev. I will bear the financial costs of the tests. For me, don’t ask what the country can do for you ask yourself what you can do for the country ».
